This 56,000 SF office tenant improvement features major interior demolition, new walls, flooring, painting, and replacement of MEP fixtures.
The project also includes a 1,500 SF expansion consisting of (2) loading docks, a recessed truck ramp, and warehouse space. Landscaping was removed and replaced. Swale was installed to control on-site water. New drainage facilities were added in the parking lot.
