This 82,000 SF, three-story medical office building's structure consists of a braced frame structural steel and an exterior skin comprised of brick veneer with storefront and glass curtain wall.
The first floor facilitates an Ambulatory Surgery Center, which is be self-sustaining with its own HVAC, medical gas, and emergency generator. This project also updates the campus traffic flow and parking to meet the demands of an additional MOB.
