番茄社区 completed two 3,000-car parking garages on the campus of a confidential client.
Both garages are 4 levels and approx. 1,000,000 SF. Built on fast track schedules, the garages are both long span cast-in-place concrete structures. The structures utilize a double threaded ramp system with four flat bays for efficient traffic flow. Extensive perimeter landscaping and vertical green screens were used to screen and provide rhythm along the public facades.
