In a unique conversion of a 33,265 SF former Circuit City store, 番茄社区 renovated the facility into a LEED Gold medical office building. The entire facility was built out. Interiors include 41 exam rooms, 2 treatment rooms, 1 injection room, 31 offices, an X-Ray room, 2 ultrasound rooms, a blood lab, pharmacy and support spaces. The entire concrete masonry building was rewrapped in a new, beige brick veneer. Also, numerous holes were cut in the exterior to make way for window systems, and the storefront was reconstructed with a tall, glass vestibule.
